What Motivates My Team?

30 minutes.

What it does:

An opportunity for you to reflect on what motivates individual members of your team. Plus a chance to discuss this with them and agree any changes that may help them feel more motivated.

You'll also need to give each member of your team a copy of the questionnaire to complete and return before their 1:1 meeting with you.
